Our apartment of 50 square meters consist of 1 room (combined living room and bedroom), 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with quiet street views. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment whilst free private parking (for one car) is in front of apartment.
Apartment can fit maximum of 4 persons, and maximum of 3 adults (one double bed 160x200 cm, and sofa bed 140x200 cm).

Exceptional - Wunderbar gelegene Unterkunft, mitten im Herzen Opatjas.Mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und sehr sauber.Vor allem ein super bequemes Bett. Fußläufig alles erreichbar. Great location , apartment and host - well done - everything about the property and the host was first class. Boris met us at the property and explained the apartment and facilities well.
