Apartment
Our Apartment Rosenberger Opatija is located in an old bakery, part of an old Austrian villa, transformed into modern apartment during winter 19/20.
Modern equipment in combination with restored thick walls and high ceiling gives every guests a warm welcome and cozy feeling during entire stay.
Whether you are a family, couple, friends or single traveler, you will love relaxed atmosphere and perfect central location.
Located minutes from main downtown road and city center, but in a quiet area and with private parking, it is a perfect starting point for a relaxed holiday or for exploring the surroundings and rest of Croatia!
Restaurants, bars, shops, fresh food market, beaches, sea promenade "Lungo mare", are just few attractions that you can reach within 5 minutes of walking distance from our apartment.

About us
We are family Dadic, Helena, Boris and Patrik. We engaged with the apartment in winter 2019/2020 and have been welcoming guests since them. We prefer personal approach and we meet our guests in person which is the best way to learn more about apartment, Opatija and Croatia.
